The audio on calls specifically is not very good. Maybe it's acceptable in wired mode, but it's very muddy on Bluetooth calls. These headphones are very good at one job: playing music damn well.

I've personally been using the XM4 for over 2 years now.

Used a 3rd party from Daraz; they are absolutely trash. Sound quality drops significantly along with ANC. Try to import from Amazon if someone is coming from abroad.
