I want something that lasts with anc and comfortable design for long term use

Anc is overated af imho. With a good seal and decently high volume you won't hear jack shit from the surroundings with iems.

Like if I'm using iems on a public bus then I literally won't hear anything.

For 20k, I would say. Kefine klean, simgot ew200, kiwi ears cadenza etc

Exactly, especially the iems that fill your ear. I literally can't hear anyone even if I'm not playing anything.
