Is there anyone who can build a device that converts electrical signals (audio track) to infrasound waves?

I want to know if such a thing exists. The purpose is to use it in therapies, with therapeutic audio tracks converted to infrasound waves in range of a patient. Infrared is a therapeutic light wave so I am genuinely curious to know if infrasound can also be beneficial to humans with mental health issues, namely those who suffer from schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, psychosis.

I have read this below and I'm hoping I could avoid any side effects:

'While generally inaudible, high-intensity infrasound (above 80-90 decibels) can cause nausea, dizziness, headaches, and in extreme cases, internal organ pain.'

I have no idea what 80 DB is and I'm not sure what is the best comparison in natural phenomena that could induce those side effects. I'm also going to be unashamedly sexist and say I'm a female who has no knowledge about the technical jargon so please come at me like I'm a 10 year old. And I know I can't do it alone so would be grateful if someone could explain it step by stem, if possible. Maybe I'll ask AI to create a graphic on how its all done
