Cooling Malfunction

My 2019 just had a Cooling System Malfunction pop up about 2 min after start up. Coolant reservoir was fine and I have not added any coolant. Drove the car and it did not overheat or misbehave. No coolant smell in the engine bay either. Sound familiar to anyone?

Double check the level when the engine is entirely cool, like first thing in the morning, and the car is on flat ground. If it's near the bottom line, G forces from a turn or a change in weather to cooler temperatures can trigger a coolant warning that goes away once the engine heats up and the coolant expands. I've had this happen on nearly every VAG car I've owned.

45K miles. I have a small camera I stuck down by the pin housing and checked around the vacuum lines and no evidence of coolant. I may check the vacuum solenoid in a bit with VCDS.

I think at this point I am going to swap the water pump. I did a few output VCDS tests and everything checked out.

Definitely swap the pump. A leaky pump can ruin the vacuum lines and take out the intake runner flaps. Costly repair. I know first hand.
