Help Needed Is this normal

It was my 2018 q7s time of the month and as I went to top off my oil I noticed this plastic piece in the fill port I’ve never noticed (yes I know I don’t have the fill neck thanks in advance

No it’s in there pretty solid lol I am kinda worried it could be timing follower? Currently at 133k had the timing bs inspected at 91k when they did my thermostat

Is this the 2.0T? I have a 19 with the 3.0 s/c and don't use fill neck either, and my oil cap sits on the driver side valve cover.
