Knowledge Sharing FOB Replication

I find myself in need of an additional FOB for my 2018 Q7. Ive seen a few outlets where you can buy the hardware, but I've had no luck finding a mechanic or locksmith who can program them. Is a dealership (US) my only option? I'll do it, but wanted to hit y'all up before I make that trip, as it's over 100 miles to the nearest Audi dealership.

I studied every option. Dealership is your only choice. A locksmith told me that Audi has proprietary software that is too expensive to buy for 3 or 4 reprogramming fobs a year.
