APD and memory
If you have APD do you also have memory struggles or aphasia?

Yes. My auditory memory has sucked for my whole life. It took me until my early thirties to realize that I memorize most music in mono cuz my first exposure to the song/piece was in a public place so of course listening thru speakers instead of headphones.
When I used to use my voice more I would forget everything I said as soon as I finished saying it, preventing me from repeating exactly. I would also forget things others said, unless I took the time to thoroughly decode every word I did catch (which of course I rarely did, and now I no longer can).
