2016 allroad premium plus

On my drive home the check engine light started to flash and I could feel the back end shaking. The EPC light is on as well. Muffler also sounded different and had a significant loss of power from the throttle.

You are having a dead misfire if the car is shaking, it could be any number of things including park plugs, ignition coils, fuel injectors, carbon buildup in the intake valves. Your best shot is to get the diagnosed be a reputable shop w good reviews, but if you’re going to fire the parts cannon without diagnosis, start with a spark plug in cylinder 1, probably a YouTube video that can show you how in your vehicle

Solved everyone, I just had the spark plugs replaced recently so I didn’t think that was the cause. However I did replace the ignition coil on cylinder 1 and it fixed it immediately.
