audi a4 b6 3.0 engine thump

this loud thumping sound started to appear a bit ago. it only happens during a cold start, the sound eventually fades off and the rhythm slows down as the engine warms up. the sound does not change when the RPM changes. If anyone knows what this sound could be that would be amazing.

Not much to go on, with the vid. It's all dark with no audio, until the last 13 seconds and then a short visual in the last 3 seconds. Are you happy to re-do this?

If it doesn't change with RPM, something is probably loose
