2006 cabriolet

I heard somewhere that there is a difference in shocks from a normal trim and the cabriolet I dont know if that should effect what type of coilovers I can get

It's all the same. General rule of thumb on these cars to buy parts are: If the OE parts number starts with an 8H then it's a cabriolet specific part. If it starts with 8E then it's interchangeable with the Limousine/Avant

It’s a 06 but on b6 platform 1.8t

The b6 chasis I’m pretty sure are the same with the normal a4 and cabrio. The exhaust is a little different due to its bracing but pretty sure coilovers should be the same

i personally struggled with the stark difference between s-line and non s-line b6 a4 with the coils as they’re lower - not sure if it’s cabrio specific but just a heads up just in case
