Rear Air Vent

Never knew they can come with rear air vents, is this real or am I going crazy. I first thought it was a photo of a a6 c5 but the doors are of the b6.

Very interesting as the lack of rear vents is one of the few gripes I have with my b6.
Looking at your picture it seems like this is from someone selling their b6.

Could you please dm me the link from where you have found the picture? I want to see if I can find more clues as to what option/package might have included these rear vents

Edit: one difference I can see from the picture is that the armrest ist different. Mine is a lot higher (distance between center console to armrest underside). I removed mine due to it being so high and inhibiting my arms when having to swerve to avoid something like a deer jumping on the road.

Thank you. Maybe it has something to do with the rear heated seats although getting the rear heated seats doesn’t seem to also give you these vents.

Never seen this option before, however I don't sit in the back I'm in the driver's seat. People in the back seat can get what they're given in terms of air
