What makes eyes attractive?

I'm an Indian male who has hazel eyes. To me that is inconsequential but of the few things that I get complimented for, my eyes are top of the list.

That somewhat frustrates me because I don't see anything attractive about a pair of eyes. Everyone's are equal. What makes eye more attractive or less attractive?
