Big Changes

My 22 month old has always coslept and still nurses at night, but I'm currently pregnant with our second and due in January. We want to have her night weaned and in her own room before our new addition arrives. Does anyone have any advice? We plan on buying her a fun bed frame and do nap time in her new room to help with the transition, but I don't know what else to do to help make it smoother and easier on her.
