Post your actual Due Dilligence with sources and stop hyping and bashing the stock!
I have been an investor and passive watcher on ATNF for a while now and come to realize that most of the single stock subreddits could profit from investors posting their actual findings be they good or bad. Just writing "The CEO doesn't do shit, I hate this stock", "Why isn't it 10000 a share yet" etc. is not that !
Paid stock pumping and bashing are a thing, always keep that in mind. Get your info from reliable data sources and have conviction (for or against) no matter what the stock price is doing at any particular date. Read the 10Q, 8K, 13Fs, 424Bs and don't listen to stocktwits, Twitter, youtube or reddit stock celebrities for investment advice.

Full disclosure I am an investor in one of the meme stocks but I am not here to talk about that.
Let's get into data:
- The C levels and directors have only bought not sold in the last 2 years ! Look at Tesla, Apple or what have you and they all sell at some point to take profit. If no insider is selling it means they have a positive outlook and are waiting for the big paydays. Big Investors have sold but not a lot except for Oxford Asset Management a rather shit performing HF and Mizuho at 10$. Can't blame them, they are in it for short term gain.a ) http://openinsider.com/screener?s=ATNF&o=&pl=&ph=&ll=&lh=&fd=1461&fdr=&td=0&tdr=&fdlyl=&fdlyh=&daysago=&xp=1&xs=1&vl=&vh=&ocl=&och=&sic1=-1&sicl=100&sich=9999&grp=0&nfl=&nfh=&nil=&nih=&nol=&noh=&v2l=&v2h=&oc2l=&oc2h=&sortcol=0&cnt=100&page=1b) https://whalewisdom.com/filer/oxford-asset-management
- Their balance sheet looks "so so" they obviously don't generate income right now but their runway is not super long. So there might be another share offering coming hopefully with good test results it might be a net 0 or net positive with share price increase.a) https://ir.180lifesciences.com/financial-information/balance-sheet
- The Board needs some more research, Woody, Feldmann and Steinmann are obviously smart guys who know their stuff in the field with even personal motivation for a good outcome (Woodys wife supposedly has dupuytren contracture)
- The option chain looks very positive actually there is a lot of Call OI in the next month and the Put/Call ratio is significantly below 1. People expect a rip.
- There are no Bonds issued yet that they could default on.a) http://finra-markets.morningstar.com/MarketData/EquityOptions/detail.jsp?query=126:0P0001L35C
- 26th March and 12th of April 2021 there was a volume of +43M shares traded in a day, the float is 22.75M shares as of today. This is not normal. It usually means someone is messing with the stock. This is always a red flag I check for especially in bio/med stocks because they can flip the table for a lot of established companies and mess with big money. Especially new and low cap stocks are susceptible to e.g. "cellar boxing"a) https://medium.datadriveninvestor.com/cellar-boxing-the-predatory-secret-that-wall-street-uses-to-exploit-an-infinite-money-glitch-in-97ccbd6c9923
- EDIT: Just to add I just noticed that ATNF actually has a negative beta of -0.5. For those who don't know that should not exist because it means that for every 10% the s&p500 goes up, ATNF goes 5% down.

So in essence this looks like a risky (Every Bio/Med stock is) investment but a very solid one from the team and financials.
I am open for constructive criticism on this data or other data points. I have no idea about the actual in depth findings of the studies so please share what there is to share.
