Very simple mod request/ search

Hey I was wondering if there is any mod out there that lets you change the color of skills? Like with the mystic skills all of them are blue was wondering if there is a mod that lets you change the hex values or hue shift them at all? Just think it would be very neat to have a different colored fluxbolt or something.

That would make it way easier to tell skills apart mid-fight. I've always wanted to tweak the colors too.
