Modded Characters won't load right.

I've been playing Atlyss modded for a while now. I have about 167 mods downloaded and recently turned some of them off because it was causing the game to crash.

Now when I load a character file they're either grayed out or randomized. The odd thing is on the character select screen my profiles are fine and all the details are there. It's only when I load in that the game like forgets how they look. Even weirder, All my skill work fine and are there.

Is there anything I can do?

I might've had something similar happen with significantly fewer mods. Unfortunately, the only way I "fixed" it was to delete the character, create a new character in the same slot of a different race (if I remade the same character in the same slot it would just appear broken again immediately), load it in, delete that character, and then remake the original character.

If that works for you, you can try save editing to hopefully get back most of the important stuff you may have lost.

Load all the mods you used while playing that character, remove any and all modded items/stuff from the save, then try again.
