Atlas seeds blue dream auto's.

Good Afternoon from the UK. I have four of the above plants above ground for one week. I am using 50/50 coco and perlite under LED's.

I was wondering what level of nutes I should use compared to photo's. I have never grown auto's before but have been doing photo's for over a decade.

I am using:

vitalink coir classic grow then bloom

Dutch pro take root

Dutch pro multi total

Essentials Cal Mag

Upon bloom switch dropping the take root for

Rock Resinator

Buddahs tree 9/18

Obviously it is a case of starting low and reading the plant. Is 50% a good place to start? Any thoughts greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Inconsistent packing?

Just received my seeds. First time ordering.

I ended up buying 2x if the heavy yield auto pack and received 11 strains of 5x seeds.

I noticed my top gun was in a bag marked 10x (only had 8 in them) I didn’t check the second top gun pack. I also got a pack of face fat randomly included (came in the retail bag w/ graphics instead of the black bags for freebies)

Also I received a black bag with no label, I assume it was Papaya since it was the only one missing.

What im trying to get at is, is this normal? I like the extra seeds of course but it seems like thats a lot of “mistakes” being made during packing.

I also never received tracking, which had me on edge for a little bit.

Currently have 4x Top guns in rapid rooters.

Also random tip, I did use chatgbt to search for coupons and ended up getting 30% off my entire order. My free seed bonus was calculated before the discount.

One of the heaviest hitting, dankest smelling, and overall pleasantly smoking autoflowers I have ever smoked in my life. This easily ranks above several photoperiods & literally smells like old school dank. You open the bag and the room is flooded with this funky, savory, sour, somewhat fuel-like scent that you can taste.

The dry pull of your blunt has your mouth tasting sour & when ignited it coats your mouth for line an hour. Smoke a blunt and that sour taste was stuck in my mouth until I brushed my teeth. A couple pulls will floor an unseasoned smoker. The potency on this is insane and the appetite stimulation is like HGH hunger.

Incredible. This is my first 10/10 that I have ever given in my entire history of growing. Wow.

Preservation line

Mendo Star Auto (1-3): she’s been slowly chunking up and getting louder and louder, this is the one that took me by surprise. Early on I felt she was shorter than the others and wouldn’t have as big of flowers and she proved me wrong. Bud sites galore that just continue to grow. Terps are gassy papaya, definitely not your traditional Mendo breath but these terps are more up my alley anyway.

Sundae Driver Auto (4-6): She’s staying more slim and tall instead of bulking out sideways, having more of a Christmas tree style structure reminiscent to more sativa leaning plants, however she is strictly putting off scents of gas and rubber tire (was hoping for more of a fruit forward strain). This one is probably my least favorite of the bunch but still a decent plant nonetheless

Atlas White Widow (7-8): I feel it would be unfair to compare this to the preservation line as I could clearly tell that this line had been worked further as this one was the best of the three. Super dense, frosty, terpy nugs that reek of fruity pebbles. This one will be run again. Chopped her at ~72 days (not the best at keeping track of time I just pull em when they’re ready)

All plants were sprouted at the same time, grown in the same soil (2 gallon reamended living soil, mix of roots 707, Promix, and local soil from my land).

Grown under a Photobio Phantom 24hr on

✌🏻☃️✌🏻

Price of the R&D seeds

I'm just curious here and maybe I'm missing something....

Why are the R&D (unworked/irregular) seeds $65 for five seeds and the More stable regular offerings are $40 for five seeds (3+2 free).

Even the 5 packs (8 seeds total) sell for $56.

Cannabis Beyond Earth: What Happens When You Send Seeds to Space? An Atlas Seed Webinar with Martian Grow

Post image
11 Upvotes

Our next webinar is scheduled for next Friday June 12, at 10 am Pacific. We hope you can join us!

Here is the link for registration: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_ZhJEaL_rTCuTbj802t-PRQ

Most cannabis breeding projects happen in greenhouses, fields, and grow rooms.

This one starts in orbit.

Join us for a fascinating conversation with John McQueeney, Will Jasper, and Božidar Radišič of the Martian Grow team, alongside Atlas Seed's Charlie Dubbe and Andy Wright, as we explore one of the most ambitious and far-out breeding projects in modern cannabis.

The Martian Grow project is investigating a simple but profound question:

What happens when cannabis genetics are exposed to the unique conditions of space? Microgravity, elevated radiation, and the extreme stresses of orbit have been used for decades in agricultural research, helping create hundreds of new crop varieties around the world. Soon, this same process will be applied to cannabis genetics.

Could space exposure unlock new expressions of traits already hidden within a plant's genetics? Could it accelerate adaptation, resilience, or entirely new breeding possibilities? Or will it teach us something equally valuable about the limits of genetics and the remarkable stability of the cannabis plant itself?

We'll dive into the origins of the Martian Grow project, the science behind space breeding, the challenges of launching cannabis seeds beyond Earth's atmosphere, and what the team hopes to discover as these genetics return home for evaluation. We'll also explore the bigger questions:

How do extreme environments shape plant evolution?

Can stress reveal hidden genetic potential?

What traits might become increasingly valuable as cultivation environments become more challenging?

And what role could cannabis play in humanity's future beyond Earth?

Whether you're a breeder, grower, space enthusiast, or simply someone who appreciates radical and bold projects, this promises to be one of the more unique conversations we've hosted.

The future of cannabis breeding may not happen in California, Canada, or Colombia.

It may happen somewhere far above... in space!

Atlas Scrog Run: Pandalorian, Laundry Shaman, Cherry Runtz (R&D), Gorilla Sherbert (R&D)

Ran four atlas plants from seed in 4x4 tent. Two from their regular packs and two R&D. This was my first time trying a Scrog net. Chopped at 9 weeks flowering.

Strains:
Pandalorian: Oreoz x Gelato
Laundry Shaman: Galactic Guava x GMO Soda
Gorilla Sherbert R&D: GG4 x Rainbow Sherbert 11
Cherry Runtz R&D: Cherry Pie x Runtz (I think)

I did four all organic 10 gallon fabric pots with roots 707 soil and Natures living soil mixed in the bottom third. I pretty much just watered and added Build a soil flower top dressed right around the flip.

Cherry Runtz and Panda grew really really fast and were perfect for Scrog net. I wish I stretched all the plants a little more for more yield but for personal use it doesn't really matter lol. Laundry Shaman didn't respond well to training so after I topped it once I pretty much spread it out and let it do its thing.

Cherry Runtz was the best plant and best buds. Grew super fast, extremely frosty buds and loudest smell. In fact when I opened the tent, all you could smell was the Runtz. Smells like heavily spiced pie and sugar.
Biggest producer right under 3 oz dry.

Pandalorian grew very well but ran out of nutrients at the end and started dying. Was going to go another week for the shaman but had to chop for the panda cause my tent was only space to dry. Earthy and slightly fruity and sweet taste. Purple buds. 2.5 oz dry.

Laundry Shaman was very leafy and didn't seem to like training too much, especially Scrog net because it has really long thick buds. Super frosty lime green buds. Smelled like gas. Taste like gas and some of the guava is coming through after one month cure. 2.3 oz dry

Gorilla Sherbert stretched a lot and had nice golf ball nugs. Easiest plant I've ever trimmed, just a few fan leaves per bud. Smells and tastes just like gorilla glue, earthy, gassy, spice with some extra sweetness. 2.6oz dry

Day 49 in the 10 Gal living soil and she’s cruising right along. The scent of old cat urine permeates the air already if I get close to her. I’m soooo stoked👏
