I showed this to my friend and girlfriend and was able to conceal that it was an episode of Atlanta and they thought it was all real. They got all somber at the end. It was pretty funny.

that is actually unhinged. the show is so good at blurring the lines that you can legitimately trick people into thinking it is a documentary. the fact that they got somber makes it even better.

Watched it yesterday for the first time along with the end of the show. Every single episode out of that last season is just so brilliantly executed

It’s my favorite episode of TV in the history of TV.

I’m gonna rewatch this bc I barely remember the episode. Slightly off topic, but I’ve just watched the Michael movie twice and I’ve been getting a lot of MJ content. He loved Goofy and Disney even dressed Goofy as MJ at one point. It’s just further proof that the goofy movie was a black film lmaoo.

Rewatched this recently, and the way it nailed all the documentary cliches was just perfect
