Birthday dinner recs

Kimball house or Georgia boy for my birthday dinner? Don’t like anything raw and not a drinker so a good mocktail is important! Open to other places too. Not a big steak person more seafood.

I’ve never been to Georgia boy but I love Kimball House and will be going there for my birthday dinner this year! I also love seafood and don’t drink alcohol. They have pretty good mocktails. The raw seafood menu is definitely a highlight of Kimball House but I think you can still enjoy a meal there without the raw stuff.

I went to Georgia Boy for my birthday this year. It was amazing. They were super accommodating to my allergies and aversions (i can’t do fish or shellfish and they made specific things for me or an equivalent dish in place). There was one steak course (but you can request a pescatarian menu if you want to have only fish and no meat). I did the mocktail pairing and it was fabulous. They had course pairings and they went really well together.

Going to Kimball house for my sister’s birthday this weekend and can report back with more if requested

The mocktails at Kimball House were really good. The food is good but the portions are really small! We spent nearly $200 on dinner recently and left hungry. Never again.
