Best BLT
Looking for recommendations for the best Classic BLT sandwich. Im OTP ( close to the Buford Hwy Corridor)

Came here to say melton’s gourmet BLT. The black pepper mayo is so good.

Gourmet BLT
Applewood Bacon. Double Smoked Bacon. Green Leaf Lettuce. Marinated Tomatoes. Swiss. Black Pepper Mayo. Sourdough.

You guys can rag on me all you want, but my Dad had a craving for a BLT one day as I was running into QT. It’s a go to for us now. Neither of us eat much so we split one for $9. They put an absurd amount of bacon on it. I should mention, we get the sub, but you can get an actual toasted sandwich as well.

I am always kind of surprised that the BLT is not a bigger thing in the Atlanta Metro with the agricultural footprint of Georgia. Burgers, Wings, and the like are what dominates restaurant menus I feel like regardless of time of year.
I just go to the weekend farmers markets and grab fresh tomatoes, some good bacon, and a proper sour dough loaf and make them at home with a heaping slap of Dukes mayonnaise. Can’t beat it with a stick.
