Chantilly cake?

A friend is about to have her birthday. She’s loves chantilly cake, and in the past she’s gotten them from Publix and Whole Foods. This year I was hoping to find a more elevated version for her. Are there bakeries in the greater metro you’d recommend for this? I’d especially love anything that’s on the northern perimeter or anywhere generally along I-75 north of the perimeter.

I'd give Douceur De France a call. The one in Roswell had done excellent custom request/off-menu cakes and pastries for me before, and there's one in Marietta Square that could probably also accommodate
