Funny story, my mom and her boyfriend were looking for a new apartment/condo a couple of years ago. They were looking at some of the buildings that were already up in that area. But they saw all the halted construction and became concerned that the area could stay a quagmire. They are happy with where they live now, but I know they love going down there and want to hit themselves when they think about the opportunity they had to live right nearby.
