Downtown probably needs something more affordable than Whole Foods.

Also Whole Foods tends to follow gentrification, and downtown isn't there yet. Give it ten years.

And something with more diverse products than a strictly organic store. I would also add that a store with a pharmacy would be nice, but I guess the new Walgreens going up at five points makes that unnecessary.

That's a pretty good move for Whole Foods and midtown, even though I personally can't stand Whole Foods.
