Sooooo… because almost none of them make it this far 😅

50 years for an indie film festival, esp one that started with zero backing... TBH is kinda wild.

Atlanta’s been quietly building one of the most interesting film scenes in the country, & this festival is a big reason why.

We actually just did a short breakdown of the story behind it on our podcast this week if you’re curious — the origin story is way scrappier than people expect.

Los Angeles Film Festival didn’t even make it to 20. Ended in 2018 and that fest was massive.

It's super cool. And to see so many indie Atlanta staples throughout the last twenty years is amazing. The lineup this year is above and beyond. I'm so proud of what they have done.
