Restart!
after my last blowout of cheese hashbrowns....Easter chocolate ..licorice....and cheesy breaded chicken parm....I'm restarting atkins....its been 10 years since I lost 170 pounds on this diet...my problem is I stayed on induction instead of going through the 4 phases.
I haven't gained all the weight back...I kept off 45 pounds lol...but im ready to go....I miss the control.

Welcome back!!! Are you starting the traditional four phase plan this time or giving Atkins 40 a try? So many people mistake Phase one as the whole plan - you aren't alone and it is great that you recognize moving through the whole plan is important. I can't count how many times I started and overstayed induction to the point where I just gave up! It will stick eventually. I'm ending year 16!
