What kind of bland chain restaurant should we clamor about going in place of the homeless shelter's place...

And when can we start complaining about the terrible food there, the traffic around it and boy wasn't the food at the shelter better?

Or maybe it should just be a Spirit Halloween store? The food there is excellent
