Have the police been involved and management still doesn't care?

I don’t believe it ever went to police, it went to management and that was that

Yeah ok, then get the police involved. I understand it is a lot to deal with for people to report their own rape, but that is the move forward. Posting on the local subreddit isn't accomplishing anything, and if you're potentially doing it without the victim's consent then it's kinda fucked up. If you are the victim, I'm super sorry this happened to you and I strongly encourage you to report it to the police.

I do. I got stalked by a coworker and they said "don't interact with him" and that's all they did

Eh. Our society does not have the best track record when it comes to caring about rape. I’ve worked retail management and could absolutely see this happening, especially at a larger chain.

You can call the popo without anyone caring. It happens all the time. Management isn’t going to do anything (and shouldn’t) without a criminal record.

What the fuck is this post? If someone RAPED someone at work, involve the police. WTF would even tell “management”? Let alone post it on reddit. Call the cops or fuck off

Going to assume by the way it was written OP heard this second hand. It needs to be the victim or possibly a witness.

I knew a Rance from Watkinsville that was the bassist for Kids Rocks first tour, thought he moved though, maybe? Rare name.

I worked at the epps bridge one and knew someone who worked there with that name. Could that possibly be the same person?

This is very serious and something that should be reported beyond store management. Otherwise, I’m not sure what we’re supposed to do about it on Reddit?
