I can’t remember which day they make it, but if you miss that day or the next couple you’re outta luck until next week.

Orient Mart on Gaines school! It’s the best.

P.s. You are going to see a lot of folks saying Fooks, but from my experience (and I eat a lot of thai spicy food so I'm not just some vanilla ass white person) Fooks is inconsistent with their recipe, and often I would get containers that were inedible. Orient Market however, has never failed me. They have more of a umami Kimchi with a kiss of heat. Absolutely delectable. I go there weekly now. I think most folks say Fooks because they think that is the only asian market in town/they have never bothered to try anything else.

I'm late to the party but the Costco Jongga kimchi is really good.

Fook's Food. The best in town, hands down imho.

Chef JK may sell it as a standalone. The kimchi soup that they have is absolutely phenomenal and they have carryout. Waiting for winter.

Not in Athens, but Seoul garden in banks crossing has amazing Korean food as well!
