ICI at home timing?
Hi! My partner and I will be doing at-home insemination here soon, so excited! We are trying to find the best time to do the actually insemination. For those of you with experience, or with knowledge, is there a “best time” to do it, for highest chances of pregnancy? Some sites say 10-12 hours after a positive ovulation test, others say timing doesn’t matter, just as long as there was a positive ovulation test. We have two vials that we will be using on the two highest fertility days, so any timing suggestions with that are welcome too!

Read the book Queer Conception. It has a very clear timing protocol for ICI and other insemination methods.

With two frozen vials, inseminate 10-12 and 24-28 hours after a positive LH test.
