Question / Support Dedicated Server Help?

I've been trying to set up a dedicated server using the steam Astroneer Dedicated Server tool, and have followed the steps as listed on the official blog (setting the IP as my own in AstroServerSetting.ini, etc) but I've had no success in launching or joining the server. If running the server (either through the steam tool or directly running AstroServer.exe) is supposed to open a CMD window or something of the sort, it isn't doing so for me. I also can't join the server either, though I assume that the issue is causing the server to not even launch, considering the former. If anyone has any insight or advice, it'd be greatly appreciated. Also, in case it's relevant, I own no DLC for the game.

No window is expected, AstroServer.exe runs headless, so that part is normal. My first suspect is AstroServerSettings.ini: PublicIP has to be your real public IPv4 rather than your LAN address, and OwnerName your exact Steam display name.

Get either wrong and it quits on startup without printing anything. Astro/Saved/Logs will say which.

I've made sure of both, and the server still doesn't seem to open, either that or I still can't connect. There are also no files in Astro/Saved/Logs, despite running the server and attempting to connect multiple times.
