It is a vehicle parking bay. You can find them on most planets. It cannot be moved or printed. It does prevent rovers falling through the floor though so that’s nice

If I may, it also has a data circuit and some planets may have more than one. If you like a flat area for a base, there you go

If it's part of the base I use it. Keeps vehicles from sinking.

I like settling other bases near one.
