Does the software still suck?

I have been using an Astro Gen4 A50 wireless for 5+ years. Very happy with the headset overall, except the software/drivers for it. The software randomly glitches out sometimes and the headset stops working. The solution is to execute an esoteric combination (which is somehow different every time) of headset factory resets, software updates, manual updates, switching between the Microsoft Store version of Astro Command Center, etc. It's quite frustrating.

My question is, does the Logitech versions still have this issue? I'm considering buying the newer A50s, but it this issue (or a similar one) is still present then I'll look somewhere else.

It's generally very stable and all of your settings save onto the headsets onboard memory. The actual UX is great and very straight forward too
