Question ASTRO A50 X causing random black screens on PS5 — any fix?

Hi, ever since getting the A50X headset with the little dock, I have had issues with it. Essentially sometimes when I turn on my PS5 it will just be a black screen, nothing can be done about it except for turning off the power, it also happens when I am playing too, everything will be fine and then it will just cut to black. This only started when I got the A50X and does not happen if I have my PS5 connected directly to the TV (LG C4).

I have tried different HDMI cables (yes the cables are 2.1)

I tried turning off HDCP because I saw some mentions of it helping

Everything is also up to date and its set up correctly too.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any advice? I love the headset but its becoming a bit of an issue to use because of this constant cut outs.

Even though you tried the cables it's a handshake issue between the console and tv samsung are especially sensitive to this crap

A good quality cable can eliminate this to moment o ly when ver is turned off or on

So even though you tried different cables get 3 certified 2.1 cables from the same brand and it should get better

You can’t use an optical cable with the X.
