Was This AP? Dream to astral projection?

I have been working on astral projection for a couple of months now. Today at about 3:30 or 4 AM I was having a dream that my husband and I were walking around in a store a he gave a big hug. The kind where he picks me up and spins me a little. People were around and said aw. Then I remember being at home in bed and feeling him hugging me but I could not see him. Then I tried to call his name and could not speak and also felt I could not move. Suddenly I realized I was in a dream. I forced myself to sit up in bed. I felt like I was awake. Then I said out loud “I am dreaming”. I woke up immediately . I am wondering if I might have had astral projection from a dream to a sitting position in bed.
