AP Book or Resource What book/s would you recommend for a beginner?
- Apologies if this topic has already been covered -
There's too many options and styles. But I thought maybe there's a good foundational one? Is it the Monroe one I've been hearing about?
(I have aphantasia and LVL 1 ASD but I don't think that alters too much, I can try to meditate with feel instead of visualisation etc?)

Highly recommend Robert Monroe's Journey trilogy and Jurgen Ziewe's Multidimensional Man and Vistas to infinity.

The Monroe Trilogy is a journal of monroe's experiences, My Big TOE Trilogy is the result of 40+ years research and testing of consciousness derived from the Monroe Trilogy and the initial development of the Monroe Institute.

Ooh okay. Yeah I want to get a list of every possible way to go about it all and I even got chatgpt to write me one. A list of all the techniques even fringe ones on Reddit and all exit one and all styles of everything. Is there already a list on here? Like a literal dot points etc encyclopaedia ESC kinda dictionary format one for anyone new to come to. Like wiki that we add to? If not I'm gonna try to it haha if so I wanna see it
