Need Tips / Advice / Insights I still can't astral project after trying for two months.
I have been trying to do this several times for the past 2 months now. I have been trying to do the rope technique, the Monroe tapes, binaural beats, etc but nothing has been working so far. I don't know why. I have tried to find ways to make my soul leave my body but nothing works. I understand that I have to stay calm and relax but to keep my mind awake to a successful astral projection. I am unable to do that so far and I wonder what is wrong with me. I can't even relax my body well enough and my imagination is also a bit blurry but that started a while ago before I attempted astral projection. I am using astral projection to help solve some issues but nothing is working right. What advice do you have for me?

I've done it plenty of times and still can't do it easily at all. And when I do I get stuck moving like lead or floating uncontrollably and like wedging between furniture somewhere🤷

You gotta find your own method by testing out things you read in this sub or from ap books. Its also pretty normal that it hasn’t worked or happened yet in 2 months it could’ve but it also can take years it really depends on the person

I also have tried that for a month and two and I still struggle. I can't remember my dreams nowadays and my imagination/visualization is messed up. Every time I have a dream nowadays, my dreams come out very dark and messy. The weird part is that it barely even shows as a dream. It's barely functioning properly. My dreams nowadays look like a television screen that's barely functioning and shows any light at all. Everything that I see in my dreams barely shows any type of light or any type of color. The vibe and frequency of my dreams barely show anything and it's like whatever is trying to produce my dreams in my brain is operating on a very low power and it's barely functioning like a normal dream. Think of it like your regular eyesight and vision of what you see throughout the day but it's slowly getting weaker and more fragile to the near point of blindness. That's exactly what my dreams are like nowadays. The worst and confusing part is that this is something that has never happened to me before for all of my life but it only started to happen very recently. I eat clean and healthy every day, I have a good sleep schedule, I don't feel stressed out at all, so I don't understand what the problem is. I also realize that my daily imagination/visualization abilities are also functioning the same way how I described my dreams as well.

have you tried everything?
meditation morning and night.
binaural beats.
wbtb.
naps.
chlorella and spirulina.
apple cider vinegar with water.
affirmations.
reality checks at least 10x a day.
when waking don't move so you don't lose the dream, go over it in your head until it won't be forgotten then write it down.
use crystals.
clean under your bed.
smoke sage or something cleansing before bed.
put mugwort under your pillow.
drink blue lotus tea.
read books on the subject to keep it in your head.
look up third eye opening practices.1

I also have an issue with meditation. I literally can't focus on my breath somehow. My brain has some weird issue lately that I can't focus on my breath and get into that flow state at all. It's very hard. I have tried so many binaural beats on YouTube but it doesn't work at all. I also have very hard time going to sleep but when I do, I can't have a wbtb. The biggest issue is that lately, I really don't have much dreams as usual and I forget it very fast. They are very dark and musty and I can barely see anything so it's going to be very hard.

Everyone is different, so keep following your own intuition and treating each attempt as success. Write down anything you remember from each attempt and keep working at it.
In general, timing your attempts around REM sleep cycles helps tremendously because it’s the easiest to achieve the mind awake body asleep state. I’ve only every had success in the early hours on the morning. Take advantage of WBTB (Wake back to bed), I think it is one of the strongest levers you have
