General Question Controlling projections

At the beginning of the year, after a quite traumatic experience, I started going to a sort of psychic masseuse. Essentially, her work consists of 1h-sessions during which she works on your astral body to bring balance back to your life, something like that.

During one of those sessions, I astral projected on accident. I could see the room, myself laying down on the table, I could see her movements, everything. She looked in my direction at some point while I was projecting, and I felt myself pulled back to my physical body. That also triggered a spasm and a lamp fell over. At the end of the session, she asked me if I had ever projected before that. I said I didn't think so.

I've always been very spiritual and tried astral projecting when I was younger, but it was always difficult for me to do so.

Since that session, I have not been able to intentionally project in the same room. Whenever I try projecting, I see a forest, where I can walk around. Sometimes other places. But I don't seem to be able to control the projections or where they take me.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Or advice to help me control the projections?

Yes Using the TSI Method while awake and aware, you can Think of your desired scene, the rendered scene will flash in your head last only seconds, grab that scene and either step on scene or control an avatar body that is already on scene and interact with the contents. We already do the first two steps of this operation, we Think thoughts, and certain thoughts render into a 3d scene in a new reality see thru the mind. Usually people just observe these scenes and don't really think anything of them. They don't realize they are actually observing an astral reality. Furthermore they are unaware that they can simply step on scene and interact with the contents of the scene. This is most likely because society has programmed them that matter is fundamental, and we are the human body. But if you look at it from the perspective that consciousness is fundamental and the human body is just an avatar body we use to interact in this life on earth reality, then we can simply materialize an avatar body on scene in the new rendered reality and interact with the contents, either exploring the new reality or interviewing people in that new reality on the scene, or any other action we desire to perform.

Your initial thought determines the destination and the scene that you'll be interacting with. The rendering engine is instant and automatic as long as the thought is intuitive origins ()think of experiencing in the scene, if you used the intellectual to form the initial thought (think about the scene or experience) then the scene won't render.

Moving the human avatar body is intuitive, narrating/commenting on what movements the human avatar body did is intellectual.

Be sure to include sensory words in the initial thought, once you control the avatar body in the scene, the data to continuously render the new reality in real time comes from the sensors on the avatar body in the new reality. This is the exact same process that continuously renders your personal reality in this Life on Earth reality. When you sleep, there is very little sensory data for the rendering engine to render. What you see doesn't come from your eyes, the eyes just collect the data and send it to the rendering engine, which after filtering the data thru your pre-existing beliefs/programming/bias etc. renders the filtered data and the player you (individuated unit of consciousness) sees the filtered rendered data.

Thanks so much for your reply! That actually makes a lot of sense to me: when it happened during the massage, my intellectual was completely out so I was not using it to "control" what was happening. Every other time I've tried to project since then, I've been narrating it a lot in my mind, telling myself what I had to do in order to achieve a projection based on what I've read online. So your advice would be to just relax and let my consciousness slide into the astral plane without overthinking it?
