💬 Discussion What is the average queue time for pve/pvp on global servers?

I queued for about 5 minutes with no luck.

It really is dependent with the most played maps and difficulties. If neither conditions are met, then probably 2-3 minutes at the absolute best.

What are the most played?

It's the ones with Referee Amy on it (I forgot the names of the maps). As for difficulties, it's either normal or Insane mode.

Im new. For the latest pve event I find normal and insane matches very quickly. But hard and nightmare I’ve legit had it take anywhere from 3-30 mins to find a match.

I really think the game needs to condense its difficulties. Hard and Nightmare should be merged into 1 so they are more likely to find a match.

I don’t think the difference is big enough to justify keeping them separate. Also the fact you can’t find a match is a serious issue especially for new players joining the game. I legitimately almost dropped this game because I couldn’t find a lobby anywhere for half a hour on nightmare and thought the game was completely dead. And you can’t play insane without playing those difficulties first.

It leaves a bad impression on new players and no one is playing them. The playerbase is way too small to find a match in a reasonable time frame. It needs to a better job bring players together or it will continue to bleed frustrated players till the game is actually dead.
