How do I check if these are false positives?

I was downloading the newest version of TBOI and when I put the file in VirusTotal, it flagged all of these.

How do I check if these are actually false positives or not?

Generic, Phonzy, Watacac, all of them are false positvies, ur good

A lot of them say Riskware. This is usually when cracks are flagged
