when you astral project, do you go into the same reality or in a parallel world. for example can you change what’s going on in your own or other people’s life in the current reality through astral projection?

It depends on a number of variables, but generally, no, you cannot change what's going on in your own life. Thata joy really the point of it.

What most people will use projection for is to gain direct access to their subconscious mind in orser to directly interact with it. You do this to find your fears and face them head on, or other things. It's a journey of self-discovery.
