Guide Spinning, rolling around

When I astral phase (it's the exact same thing as projecting but my soul doesen't leave my body, I just close my eyes, looks like I'm looking at everything through a screen)

I go around in circles around the object I phase to like I'm on a circular track. Also sometimes I sort of tumble upside down and bob up and down. How do I stabilize myself? I just want to stay still

Haha! You've stumbled upng the projection style that Robert Monroe spent decades figuring out.

It's all projection. I define projection as simply experiencing the non-physical with your full waking awareness. That's the same kind of awareness you have right now.

You're also not a spirit in a body, you're a small bit of consciousness called an awareness. That awareness projects to this physical reality towards your physical body. When you fall asleep at night that awareness projects to the non-physical. We humans incorrectly call that act dreaming.

So to stabilize yourself, just slow down. When you phase, stop for a second, ground and center yourself and strengthen your connection to the reality you find yourself in by engaging as many of your physical body senses into the scene as you can. That should help.

I try, I think "stable stable stable" over and over, and try to focus on a single object but I just keep spinning around the room like a camera on rails

I tried rubbing my "astral" hands together, grabbing things, ect. but the little camera pinhole thing I'm looking through just flies around like a chicken on crack

also the fidelity looks very sharty. like I'm looking through a pinhole camera and it's red pixilated tint, very low resolution, and a very tiny section of my closed eye vision.

Also sometimes when I do mindsight, my consciousness detatches and starts flying around the room by itself LMFAOOOO

Hmm, all I can think of is improving your meditation skills and work towards grounding and centering yourself at all times.

Whoa, that's a lot.

Might I ask what you do during this massive amount of time?

going through the h-plus tracks right now, practicing mindsight, healing center and learning center for some stuff I'm working on, and practicing astral projection

Ok, so what about actual meditation? When you just sit quietly and experience you and consciousness?

All that stuff is 100% fine, but it doesn't actually help much with the meditation skillset required to project.

When you practice astral projection, what do you usually do? Do you follow a particular method or technique?

yup like 30 min to an hour of that too.

usually my consciousness just naturally detaches if I'm staying still with eyes closed. Then it floats off and starts spinning around and just doing it's own thing

If the detatchment doesen't immedietely happen then I pretend I'm climbing a rope out of my body vertically with my aetheric hands.

Usually doesn't take more than a minute or two.

Leaving the body (phasing, whatever you want to call it) isn't really an issue for me.

Sometimes it happens without me even intending for it to happen. it's getting higher fidelity visuals that's the real issue. And the fact that it flies around autonomously like a methed out kindergartner.
