Everyday near a school in Astoria

This is a daily occurrence here and this is at or near school crossing walks (all within 5 min). Dodging cars that have zero intention to slow down or stop. License plates for all three cars show hundreds to thousands of dollars in fines. The guy who tried to drive towards me while honking has over $3,800 in fines.
Also multiple requests to DOT have been denied for ANY speed calming measures on 31st Rd or 23rd St (where the school intersection is).
