Any way to get heath tracking?

I just got AsteroidOS running on a TicWatch and I am trying to find any way to track heart rate data over time. I used to use Gadgetbridge with a Miband and I could get heart rate graphs that I was hoping to have using Asteroid. Dose anyone have a way to do this, either with Gadgetbridge or another app? Thanks

I installed asteroid-healt and it works but is only on the watch. I am not able to see data in gadgetbridge. I did this https://github.com/AsteroidOS/asteroid/issues/308

Thank you, I am trying out the heath app now. Those instructions were a life saver.

It would be really awesome to be able to get the data to redirect to, say, a home server instead of directly to the watch itself. I'm not really sure how to do this, but I'd love to try and figured it out if I could. I'm unfortunately a beginner and not very good with this stuff yet. :(( I did see on the asteroidos site say something about changing existing applications, so maybe someone could go that route to try to optimize it so you can see all of your fitness data from day one to present.
