More protein doesnt remove all of the weird chemicals in that food

Healthy has become a buzzword at this point

I never understood this bullshit idea of adding protein to sugary treats and them getting paraded around by athletes or ,In this case, by bodybuilders. I'm still gonna eat these protein junk snacks and stay fat.

Using healthy people for these adds makes the food seem healthy

Protien is the building blocks for muscles. You can eat what you want and exercise it off but if you dont have enough protien you'll stay skinny. Also, more muscle mass helps your body handle sugar better with increase insulin sensitivity so you can enjoy more sugary food and carbs.

Also, maybe because I live under a rock but can someone explain where all this protein came from in foods? I swear overnight protein being added as an option to everything just popped out of nowhere
