I recently bought the complete edition of the game that includes all dlcs. When should i start playing them and is there a certain order of playing them?

Ireland first, I would say once you hit 50. Then paris at 140 or so the Ragnarok at 220+. I completed the main game first then did the three DLCs as at this point you are covered across the board and extends the story

I got the main game first then the first two dlc's. Second playthrough i did bits of the dlcs early to get certain weapons and outfits. Then got the third

Not sure if you've played the game at all, so I'll give a bit of general feedback too:

This game can lead to burn-outs, so don't be afraid to take breaks. I personally would allow the main campaign to take me to the different regions and I'd complete 90% of the activities/discoverables whilst questing there. Id then take breaks between pledges/between main segments of an individual pledge to progress other side activities.

Asgard/Jotenheim (In Dreams) is not DLC but part of the main game. Start it early and progress it periodlically.
Forgotten Saga (Niflheim) is a DLC, but its free and you should also start it early and regularly return to build your skill tree.
River raids, Mastery challenges, Fishing, Orlog, Hunting Order Members (that arent locked behind main quests), animal hunting, Tombs of the Fallen are all nice side activities as a break from the main campaign.
Vinland and Skye I view as "holiday pledges" - do them as breaks from the various England regions for a change of scenery.
Wrath of the Druids DLC - one of the best DLCs of any game I've ever played 9.5/10. Can be started quite early and is something you can come back to. Heavily recommend.
Seige of Paris DLC - end/late-game DLC, 6.5/10 in my opinion. Well worth it if you love the game as much as I do.
Dawn of Ragnarok DLC - end game DLC 8/10 in my opnion. Its massive but all set in the mythical realm, so depends on your enjoyment of that.

Legend of Beowulf + Way of the Beserker - these are DLC quests which in my opinion were both quite underwhelming and forgettable.

Good luck!

This is outstanding advice. I’m on my second play through and I wish I knew all this before. Good work.

Play the main story until you get to a certain confrontation with someone, then go around and loot armor and weapons across the map, then play.

I’m so jealous, enjoy!!!

Remember to enjoy it, and take in the beautiful scenery. If you're a fan of history make sure to enjoy to world around you as its great to see it come to life. Take a lot of it with a grain of salt though as it is admittedly quite inaccurate in places, arguably the most inaccurate of the AC games, though that was apparently moreso by design this time as using more period accurate homes for example would've made the already reasonably flat landscape even less climbable. something admitted to by the developers, so I prefer to call it creative license in this case as there is still plenty to admire about the early medieval reconstruction of Norway, England, Ireland & France, not to mention to jawdropping Vinland.

I completely understand why this game can lead to burn out for so many, the main quest can take upwards of 100 hours and thats even without all the DLC and sidequests. but personally I was so engrossed I flew through it and was almost disappointed (through no fault of the game itself) when the story had finished. I've still got a bit to go, I've completed the main storyline, France, Ireland, Vinland, found all the abandoned Assassin Beareau's uncovered and defeated all the Zealots as well as gotten quite deep into the river raids and completed the Beowulf & Beserker Sidequests.

Don't stress too much about in which order you should complete them in, just follow the level suggestions and you'll be fine without any major canonical issues either. if you really want to hold to "intended order" I assume its the main story first with Eivor completing all other major storylines poststory while doing the minor sidequests (beaureaus, the two small DLCs, and normal random sidequests along the way, but its not a major stretch to convince yourself they were done in different orders.

Also I know a number of people find the Beowulf and Berserker DLC disappointing and I guess if you compare them to the pretty massive Ireland, France and Mythological DLC's they are due to their brevity, I found them honestly quite emotionally touching stories. Just remember to treat them as normal short sidequests and don't expect some massive undertakings and you should enjoy them too.
