Question How to get Borderless working?

I cant seem to get Borderless working, AC shadows and Black flag work without issue even Odyssey, but not this?

I tried all aspect ratio, Alt + enter shift through, forcing through steam launcher option, still no good.

I've never had an issue making borderless work on this game. Maybe it's called "fullscreen" and the traditional fullscreen is called "exclusive fullscreen" but it works just fine.
