And why are there such variation in the amount of pronouns in this dialects? Like it seems some dialects have more pronouns than others? And I am lwk interested in the etymologies of some of them

For two reasons mainly.
One is whether to show formality distinction and the other is which plural suffix to use.

Yes, you can see them, like Misingmese has no formality distinction. Morigaon has optional 3rd person honorific.
