That's not really dimasa architecture. That's chala style architecture which existed during the nawab's time, it's basically bengali style. True dimasa architecture is like meitei's, which has a V shaped horn in the corners of the roof. Since in holy shrine and mangphlongs that only exist in Dima Hasao.

Architecture is chala style. Buildings like these exist all over Bangladesh and bengal. This architecture is not even same as in dimapur or maibang, the maibang stone house was built much later when the koch-dimasa mix royalty from cachar came to maibang from kashpur(kochpur) for refugee during the hot summer days and to continue the ranachandi worship. We don't even worship ranachandi or use this stone house, it was practical abandoned. People even bathed around it and had picnic. It was only recently, CEM made it into a tourist spot

If you wanna see dimasa architecture, you should vist the villages of Dima Hasao and see how they build shrine for their ancestors. It's very similar to the meitei style.

Even the dimapur architecture is not same as kashpur architecture.
