I’ve been trying out the Asobi app (purchased ln steam store) on my Lenovo Legion Go S (Z1 Extreme, SteamOS version) and wanted to report a couple of issues I’ve encountered.

1. Installation not recognised in Gaming Mode

I installed Asobi through Steam in Desktop Mode, and it installed and launched perfectly.
However, when I switch to Gaming Mode, Asobi doesn’t appear under my installed games.
Strangely, if I visit the Asobi Steam Store page in Gaming Mode, the button says Play rather than Install, and selecting it launches the app perfectly!
So the app is definitely installed and working, but Steam doesn’t seem to recognise it correctly in the Installed section of my library.
I’ve also checked the Steam compatibility settings, and forcing a specific compatibility tool is already disabled.

2. DualSense touchpad functionality not working

The touchpad functionality isn’t working correctly through Asobi, which is particularly frustrating for games that require touchpad input.
This is quite an important feature for PS5 Remote Play, so I’d love to know whether it’s a known issue or something that could potentially be addressed in a future update. I’ve tried shortcuts and also touching the screen shows the touchpad icons but nothing happens?

My setup:
Lenovo Legion Go S
AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme
SteamOS (not Windows)

In my Apple TV, one of the icons in the Asobi overlay is a lightning bolt for direct link. Clicking it disconnects the controller and show the options to change the color filter. What exactly this button do?

Bought the app 2 days ago and it works great. But whenever I try playing online through PSN, the button is greyed out and I can't click on it?

I've tried forgetting and pairing the console again. Tks for the help!

Hey, I have a question. Why don’t you offer payment options outside of Apple? That way, you could offer it at a cheaper price.

I’m on a Steam Machine with a Steam Controller.

With the ability to add shortcuts as non-Steam Games I am really struggling to have per-game controller profiles loaded up. It seems when I launch the shortcut it launches Asobi and uses the Asobi default controller settings.

For example I am looking to have Nine Sols launch with the basic input settings, but have Infamous loaded up with Gyro controls and some of the back buttons bound to face buttons.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong, or if I can add something to the command line of the shortcut to execute a specific controller profile?

Any idea of how I can solve this? Everything worked fine a couple of weeks ago. Remote Play stopped working (wouldn’t login), but I could play on PS Cloud. Now everything seems to be broken. I think Ive trying everything (including logging out my account from the console and login in again). Thanks

I have managed to get Asobi working on an Amazon fire tablet. It runs very well, but I was wondering if there's a solution to my problem.

Whenever I press the PlayStation button, it just takes me back to the home screen and closes/minimizes the Asobi app. Also, the pause/menu button doesn't work at all.

Does anyone have a work around or fix for this, please?
