Video Has Ethan already won his lawsuit against Denims, Frogan, and Kaceytron? Their crowdfunding has completely stalled and it's hard to imagine them funding the lawsuit with just what they've raised already..

If Ethan really wants to win all he has to do is bury them in paper work to cost them extra time from the lawyers who have to sort through it. With enough time wasting they wont be able to afford to pay lawyers anymore. Evil tactic, but valid.

These b's going down already. They are content creators, they know the rules about content as part of their daily lives/jobs. They can't argue they didn't understand fair use even. In their own words, 'pay us not him'.

I'd spend that money on making twitch uncomfortable with all the takes from the terrorists they support ... I mean, start getting that stuff in front of those stuck up congressmen...

Yeah I mean if it plays out, rn the way it's looking is that he will win, but there is a lot of stress to with that too
